By Wayne McNamara I have enjoyed sudoku very much in recent years and was always curious about how they were made. Especially the classical sudoku where there is just one way to solve a puzzle. How do the creator of a puzzle know if he had left enough clues for the puzzle to be solved? I read this book with great interest and was pleasantly surprised at how simple the process of making my own could be. I was never confused. Very clear step by step instructions and oodles of illustrations showing how made it very accessible.

The author clearly thought through the complexities of making easy, moderate and expert puzzles. I highly recommend this book if you love puzzles! (And you don't need to get a Ph.D, to understand it. Very clearly written!)
