Knowing the author and his wife personally only made it more hilarious. Howard is a great story teller and the best part is that all of the stories are true. I'm sure everyone who reads this book will laugh until it hurts! What a great gift this will make for the holidays.

Howard is a masterful story teller and you can imagine yourself along for the ride as he weaves his tales about his life with his bride, family and friends. Having lived on the water a good deal of my life and currently living in Florida I truly enjoyed his stories of boating and Florida. You will sympathize with him in many of the situations but will find his humor a refreshing touch in his solutions to life. A good read!

By no name The author's ability to look at himself and make his experiences amusing and funny reminds us all how important it is to be able to laugh at oneself and at life. The book just gets better and better!Spielman's wry look at his past demonstrates his fine writing skill and lets us share in the humor of daily life crises. We all tend to take these too seriously as they happen, and this book helps us to appreciate the humor that surrouds us.
