0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. I Expected More By JF As a subscriber to Acoustic Guitar magazine, I expected more. There are two very brief paragraphs inside the cover page from someone at AG, other than that, it is a standard Hal Leonard type publication of music. There are a number of songs that really don't fit any particular genre except that AG says they are acoustic guitar pieces. Since Amazon does not have a preview feature yet for this book, I will briefly describe what you get. There is a melody line of sheet music, with guitar tab underneath. There are a lot of chords listed, sometimes two sets (with and without capo). In a few places, the chords seem to be missing. There are no chord diagrams. I did not see any tab above the 12th fret. The music is not for beginners, but does not appear to be expert level of difficulty either. My disappointment is that AG magazine always had text to go along with the songs presented in the magazine to tell you some history of the song, or something about the arrangement, or something about how to play it, but there is zero extra in this song book.
