The main character learns about life, love, and family by overcoming unkown hardships caused by the whims of fate. It is truly an amazing read from a young and talented author, so take a chance.
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. An excellent perspective on young love By Liam Orianna was an excellent read! Once I picked it up, I hardly put it down until I reached the end. The emotional core of the story is honest, relatable, and never dull. The action and suspense escalated throughout the story and kept me on the edge of my seat. At times it was lighthearted and funny, at other times it was heart wrenching. Overall, a great perspective on young love, friendship, family, jealousy, and more! I'm looking forward to reading whatever Benjamin writes next!

I found the family struggles and the high school friends to be almost real to life, of how a teen feels. This young man learns a lot about love and the issues with love, family and friends at a very young age. Most adults take most of their lives to learn.I was very happy that he put in a few little twists to it; I am the type of person that tells you what is going to happen next. Benjamin did get me on one of them! I found it entertaining and was able to connect with some of the characters.Although I am not an avid reader, I have recently become semi retired and have had some time to be able to read. I was a little concerned that the book was so big, that I would not finish it; however, it kept my interest and I could not put it down. I like the story and the quick pace that I could read it.The story has morals and it is nice to see a happy ending. I would recommend reading this to any teen or anyone that wants to be brought back to high school days. My wish for Benjamin is that he has or will find that kind of love.
