9 of 11 people found the following review helpful. A little too narrow and too deep By M. Wang Richard Palliser is one of my favorite chess authors. His books on various openings are generally worth the money and the time.I do not regret getting this book, but it certainly has room for improvements. The chief issue is that it is intended to serve as a companion volume to Fighting the Anti-Sicilians: Combating 2 c3, the Closed, the Morra Gambit and other tricky ideas (Everyman Chess), which does not cover the 2...Nf3 3...Bb5 and 2...Nf3 3...Bc4 anti-Sicilian lines. As such, skipping the latter and focusing on the former through the entire book just seems a wasted opportunity to me. I am not really interested in the 5 dozen variations at the 25th move. Just lead me through the first 10 and 12 moves and explain the general game plans for the mid-game. But, of course, I am speaking as a 1200-1400 player. People at 2000 may find this book perfect for their level.

Intermediate and above players will recieve much from this book. Even high masters should really love this book. The book is divided into 10 main chapters and this format is sufficient if you wish to find any particular variation.This book does not give all the theoretical variations after 3.Bb5 but no book could possibly do this. It is interesting to compare this book with similar Sicilian Bb5 books. If you happen to be a serious player - having 3 or 4 similar books will give you "options" at early stages in the opening and thus you can pick the "option" most geared to your style.With a good knowledge of Sicilian 3. Bb5 lines you will look forward to playing against the Sicilian Defense!

What she does not expect to find is a mate.This book is full of romance, danger, humor, hot hot hot mating and best of a an HEA. I highly recommend this book and this author and this series to everyone who loves paranormal romances. I know you will love it as much as I did. Be sure to pick up a copy you will be very very glad that you did.

The story quickly captured and held my attention. I liked Nessie's adventurous spirit and sense of humor. I also liked that Drew, while an Alpha, did not immediately go all cave man on her and expect blind obedience. I am looking forward to reading more by this author.

Everyone will enjoy it, even if you are a confirmed meat eater. It would be a great gift for Christmas or birthdays. It is lighthearted and vegetarians will love it.

This book is funny even for a meateater to read. I understand some of my husband's concerns and humor about meateaters vs vegetarians. I ate tofu tonite for dinner. Will there be a sequel?

I have to give it 5 stars like his other book that I have read, really have to have a sense of humor! This is great! A lighthearted spin on a serious subject, but not that serious! I enjoyed every bit of the humor contained in these pages and will pick this book up again and again for a quick laugh! Going on the back of my toilet now, in case someone else wants to pick it up and read it when they have the time ;) I couldn't put it down and I couldn't stop reading snippets outloud to my boyfriend, which he found hilarious too! Great book for a good time! This author is amazing!

The premise at first seems far-fetched. Who is this guy? How did this situation come to pass? But as the play progresses, bits of information add up to a remarkably funny and pointed story about expectations and assumptions. It's both ridiculous and true to life. Highly recommended.

It gives the spiritual foundation to wealth. It helps one realize that God is the source of our supply, not our job, our husband, etc. When the principles of this book are applied both to the letter and the spirit of the law, one's wealth doubles and doubles and doubles. A good companion to this book is: The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity by Catherine Ponder and Goldsmith's Practicing the Presence. I call this one my Prosperity Bible. I have read it at least six times. Each time I read it, I ask my self, "What else am I not doing (recommended by this book), that I could improve?" and then I do that and my wealth increases substantially yet again. If you've never believed in miracles, you will after reading this book and putting it into action. My first experience brought me $15,000.00 within months, then $18,000.00 the next year. Valuable wisdom text By Peter Uys Consisting of a series of talks on various topics relating to the achievement of happiness, this book teaches the reader how to triumph over adversity and experience abundance through spiritual law. The author's explanation of Biblical tales and metaphors is especially valuable and insightful and her interpretations are full of common sense and practical wisdom. Her very engaging style and wonderful ability to explain age-old spiritual truth ensure a stimulating and uplifting reading experience. She deals with topics like faith, intuition, inspiration and more, even referring to movies like The Wizard of Oz. The last chapter is about the inner meaning of the fable of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and how it relates to the thought-forms in the subconscious mind of the individual. It's brilliant! Not only are her words powerful and inspiring, but special affirmations are provided to help achieve successful outcomes. The Secret Door is definitely on a par with her classic work The Game Of Life and I strongly recommend it.

I wasn't sure what to expect getting but I'm glad I did. This is an amazing story that kept my attention the whole time. I started reading it and found it hard to put down at times. I highly recommend it.

Having poor eyesight all my life this bothered me so once again I went to the design team and challenged them to make the largest possible word search book they could and this is the result.

• There are 50 puzzles each having 20 words.
• The left page has the word clues in two columns and is the largest font possible for an 8.5 x 11 book!
• The right page has the puzzle which also fills the entire page.

The answers to the puzzles are all full-page and conveniently placed in the back and numbered to match the actual puzzles; Puzzle 1, Puzzle 2, etc. I am confident that even those with the poorest eyesight will be able to work these extra large word search puzzles. Just do a “Look Inside” to see how large the clues and puzzles are and then order yours!
